As we almost enter the third week of Ramadan, many of us have been taking extra care to ensure that we're getting the right nutrition during this month of fasting. In fact, I've received many questions from you about nutrition during Ramadan. So, I've taken the time to create three sample meal plans that I would personally use to maintain my physique during this holy month.
First and foremost, it's essential to break your fast with a balanced meal that includes healthy carbs, protein, and fats. I've attached three meal plan samples in a pdf to inspire you. All kept clean and healthy.
I recommend adding an extra protein shake with oats, bananas, and nut butter to those who do not want to lose weight but still need the extra calories.
