Living in Bali: these are my insights

Living in Bali: these are my insights

In this blog post, I want to share my insights from the past few months. Not about fitness or nutrition, but a personal blog post.

I've been living in beautiful Bali for 3 months now and every day I learn new things. The biggest difference between Bali and my life in Amsterdam is the pace. Time goes by so fast here, but I never feel the rush during my day that I felt in the city. Always on the go, scheduling every appointment, and often busy. While in Bali, I feel like I'm always present, cherishing moments and mainly feeling calm in my mind.

Here are some insights I've gained over the past few months:

1. Everything is possible. Dream, feel, and have faith..
2. You will never become less by giving. Be generous.
3. Don't be afraid to lose what is not meant for you.
4. People are mirrors. What we dislike in others, is not yet resolved in ourselves.
5. Gratitude is a powerful tool for creating positive energy in your life. When you focus on what you have instead of what you lack, you attract more abundance and joy into your life.
6. A smile is the most beautiful thing you can wear.
7. The more you love yourself, the more you will receive from the world.
8. A good life for me is not necessarily a good life for another. Respect everyone's perspective.
9. Who you surround yourself with can make or break you.

What have been your insights from the past few months?
